How to download documents#
Automatic downloading#
If you want to download invoices in bulk go to the Invoices menu -> Download.
Manual downloading#
After documents are generated - the View and Download buttons will also appear in the below-described locations. You can view documents in your browser or download them in PDF format.
You may also use manual options:
- download them in the Invoices menu -> All Invoices -> Actions column -> Download button
- download documents in the WooCommerce menu -> Orders -> Invoice Action column -> Download button
- download documents for an order in its edition -> Invoice metabox -> Download button
Printing and downloading Corrections (PRO)#
After you have completed a WooCommerce order refund and have refreshed the order edit page, you will see a correction number added to the Invoice box. Also, the Send email and Download buttons will appear. You can send or download Corrections in PDF format (as you may see in the image above). You can also view them by clicking the document link.
How to print documents#
You may download documents and print them. Or view them after clicking on the document link and use the printing functionality of your browser.
You may also download more invoices at once to speed up printing.
