Currently, Flexible Invoices support invoice translation with WPML. But if you want invoices to be issued in two languages, e.g. in English and your native language, vote for this idea!
Add-on to create estimate/quoteIdea
A great feature would be the ability to create estimates directly from the WordPress dashboard.
Add-on to register expenses / costs and send them to accounting officeIdea
It would be great to have an add-on that let you record all the business costs and expenses (letting you attach a pdf file with the expense invoice) in order to automatically send them to the accounting office/team at the end of the month.
This option will also open up the possibility to compare earnings and costs for the business, maybe directly in the WooCommerce analytics section.
Standard Window Envelope Mailable Invoice FormatIdea
Have an invoice format that will allow the invoice to be sent in a standard #10 window envelope, with the customers billing address that will show in the window. The invoices should be setup to print on an 8.5" x 11" (standard letter size) page, which will be folded just like a letter would fold, except inside out so that the printed side will be able to show through the window.
Different shipping and buyer data on the invoiceCompleted
You will already find this functionality in Flexible Invoices PRO.

Completely design your own invoice templatePlanned
I'm not a programmer, so the way you described copying the folder to my theme and making changes there is too difficult for me.
I would like to be able to completely design my own invoice template, with something like a drag and drop builder, or my Divi builder for instance. To really make it look the way I want it.
I don't know if it's possible to have shortcodes to place the tables and the buyer and seller information, where I would like to place them.
And of course, being able to create a footer with all my additional info.
Invoice template editorCompleted

Customize ColumnsPlanned
I hope this message finds you well. As an avid user of Flexible Invoices, I'm excited to contribute an idea that I believe could enhance the platform's versatility for a broader user base.
Customizing Columns:
Tailoring Columns for Personalized Invoices: Users, like myself, would greatly benefit from the ability to customize columns to fit specific needs, such as tailoring details for unique invoicing requirements. Moreover, having the option to add or delete columns dynamically would add an extra layer of flexibility.
Customizing Fields:
2. Field Customization Options: Introducing the ability to customize input fields would be a game-changer. For instance, having the flexibility to change a text field to a dropdown menu would provide users with a more dynamic and adaptable invoicing experience.
I believe these enhancements, including the dynamic addition and deletion of columns, would not only make Flexible Invoices more user-friendly but also cater to a diverse range of users with distinct invoicing preferences.
Thank you for considering these ideas. I'm eager to witness the continuous improvement of Flexible Invoices.
Sequential invoice & correction invoice numbersCompleted
An option to have sequential invoice & correction invoice numbers. Example: Invoice 001, Invoice 002, Correction 003 (let's say it corresponds to invoice 001), Invoice 004 and so on..
Register invoices as woocommerce orders in order to keep woocommerce sales reports accurateIdea
i am trying to make my website the only platform i need to run my business (so as few hopping around platforms as possible) that’s why i was looking for an internal invoicing plugin.
I really like that it is possible to add custom fields and put a price tag on them. But is there a way to add those invoices as product sales inside of woocommerce admin orders list?
i See Piotnet Addons for Elementor (PAFE) has done something similar with their form builder (which i use). They link their form with a woocommerce product that can trigger an order containing the form's custom fields everytime a form is submitted by the customer in the front end. So in Flexible invoice's case, everytime an invoice would be marked as fully or even partially paid, the plugin would generate a woocommerce order using the woocommerce product attached to invoices (or proformas), containing the custom fields along with any registered wocommece product selected in the invoice. The customer order info could automatically be pulled from the invoice's header.
The benefit would be to centralize sales reports from woocommerce analytics and not have to export everything to a third party software.
To top it off, it could even be compatible with a cost of goods or expenses plugin (that is independent from any woocommerce order like power/water/internet bills, which i don't think exist for woocommerce) to append costs related to the operation.
I hope you appreciated the suggestion and that you will consider it.
Thank you!
Footer InfoIdea
I would like to display my company information in the footer.
It would be nice to have a html editor block, where I could display additional information and links to the website, bank number, swift code, chamber of commerce number, my own VAT number, instead of in the sellers block, copyright info.
In my country is required to have this information on your invoices, but I can't put it in the footer because there isn't one. I hope this can be done.
Send invoice automatically to a specified email addressCompleted
Sending each generated invoice to our accountant's email automatically would be a fantastic addition.
This feature would mirror the existing functionality for customers but would entail forwarding the invoices to a designated email address, complete with the attached invoice document.
Adding Photo/Attachment Feature for ProductPlanned
I trust this message finds you well. As a devoted user of Flexible Invoices, I am thrilled to present another idea that aligns with the unique needs of my client's business and could significantly enhance the versatility of your platform.
Photo/Attachment Feature for Product Samples:
Enhancing Product Presentation: In certain businesses, such as my client's, the ability to attach images directly to invoices would be a game-changer. For instance, in the case of loose diamond products, this feature could be utilized to showcase possible ring designs, providing clients with a visual representation of the proposed product.
By incorporating a photo/attachment feature tailored for product samples, Flexible Invoices can not only improve the overall aesthetics of invoices but also cater to businesses that rely heavily on visual representation for their products.
Thank you for considering this idea that caters to specific business needs. I am eager to witness the ongoing evolution and enhancement of Flexible Invoices.
