The plugin will use tax rates that you set in WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Tax Class Name (Edit).
If you do not see the proper tax name in your invoice, check the Tax Name field in the appropriate tax rate.
The name for the Tax Name field will be visible on the invoice under the Tax rate field.
If you want to edit the tax rates on existing invoices, edit the invoice.
