Then choose the WooCommerce order statuses for automatic PDF invoices and proforma invoices:
And that’s it! The plugin will send the PDF invoice with a payment link for the chosen WooCommerce order statuses. Your customer will receive an invoice with a payment link.
Add a payment link to the invoice manually for FREE
If you need to add a payment link manually or add any additional notes, you can do that with the free version of the plugin. You may use add a general note for all invoices or proforma invoices:
You can also add a payment link to the WooCommerce order on the PDF invoice by copying it from the order and placing it on the invoice by editing its Payment section:
The link to the Customer Payment Page will be added to the invoice notes:
