Automatic sending of invoices to accounting
We present a function that you have often asked us about. Advanced settings for WooCommerce invoices sending! Finally, we can proudly announce that we have prepared a comprehensive solution that automates the method of delivering issued invoices to your accountant.
You have two options to choose from. You can choose the option of sending an invoice to the accounting department every time it is issued or periodically sending a packet of invoices to the provided email address.
Sending an invoice to an additional email address
After each invoice is issued in the WooCommerce store (automatic or manual), the PDF invoice will be sent to each email address provided by you. It can be the inbox of your accounting office – thanks to this you will be guaranteed that all documents will be booked properly.
You can also send these emails, e.g. to the fulfillment center, which takes care of the preparation and dispatch of your products’ shipment. This is how you can achieve flexible control over the process of WooCommerce invoices sending.
Sending invoices after the end of the month
Thanks to the Advanced Sending add-on, you can set:
- automatic creation of a zip archive for a specified month
- automatic sending of the package to the indicated email addresses
- after the end of the accounting month
- e.g. on the 1st day of the month at 0:00

Some prefer the files attached to the email, others prefer the download link in the body (content) of the email. Turn off the automatic sending of invoices to your customers
